I have tried lots of protein powders over the years, mostly opting for plant-based or ‘cleaner’ versions and this is by far the best one I have found. I really like that it contains supplements that are meant for women. And I love that it actually tastes like a natural product! I use the recipe suggested by Rachel and Jo (300ml oat milk, ice) and just changed it to a whole banana and often a teaspoon of peanut butter and it’s delicious ! If I’m doubling up (having perform and nourish on the same day) I’ll do the second one with just milk and ice. I’ve stopped breastfeeding now but I am impressed I can keep using both if I have another baby. I’m really happy with the products, thank you Louco ❤️

I really love this protein powder. I use nourish and perform depending on whether it’s an exercise or rest day. I have them with fruit, yoghurt and seeds and some almond milk. They taste delicious, have great ingredients, fill me up, sustain me all day and stop the fatigue (I’m 51). It’s a brilliant way of increasing protein without filling up on calories. I’d highly recommend.
