Delivery & Returns
We offer free delivery on all subscription orders in the UK. Paid delivery options are valid on one-off purchases or if you’d like a faster delivery service. We currently don’t offer international delivery but plan to soon!
Orders placed up until 1pm are sent out on the same day between Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

BLACK FRIDAY & NATIONAL HOLIDAYS: Please note that during promotional or holiday periods our courier partners experience increased demand which can result in timeframes for delivery extending to 7-8 working days. We are not able to expedite deliveries once they are in our courier partner systems.

Last Day for RM Tracked 48: 20th December 2024.
Last Day for RM Tracked 24: 22nd December 2024.
Normal service resumes on 27th December 2024, with next day services delivering on 30th December 2024.
Free UK returns
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
We hope you love our products as much as we do, and we want to support you the best we can. Our returns policies below are clear and simple and designed with this in mind.
If there is a fault or issue: Contact us by leaving a message through our online contact page and we will resolve it straight away, either by sending you a new product or arranging a refund.
If you’ve changed your mind: You can return the product to us within 14 days of receipt, so long as it is unopened and in saleable condition. If your order has qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding your refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method used and can take up to 14 working days. If your card has expired since your purchase, please contact us by leaving a message through our contact page. Please note this may delay the refund process.
Here are the steps to return your order, for free:
- Head over to the Royal Mail returns page.
- Select the item shape, then select “yes” if the item dimensions are smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D).*
- Fill out the details on the next page, then click "continue".
- You can then choose whether to have the package collected, or if you'd prefer to drop it off at a Post Office.
- Follow the steps to print off your free returns label, or free label-less Royal Mail Collection.
- Once you have dropped it off at a Post Office, or once Royal Mail have collected it from you, depending on which you selected, it will be delivered to us within 3-5 working days. Within 14 days of delivery we will refund you in full.
*If the dimensions aren't smaller than those specified then please get in touch and we'll help you to return your order using a different courier.

We do not take responsibility for parcels lost in transit so please retain your proof of postage/ delivery. Please note, unless the Products are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us.
If you don’t like the taste of our powdered products: We want to help you have the best experience of our products and love them as much as we do. LØUCO protein powders have removed all nasties–including all sweeteners, refined sugar and fillers–to protect your long-term and hormone health. Your taste buds are as individual as you are, and the taste will change depending on your choice of milk to mix with. If you're having any issues with taste, please contact us immediately by leaving a message through our online contact form and we’ll work with you to try and find the right recipe. We've got lots of tips and recommendations from our experts–our Co-Founders love it blended with simply half a banana and ice–and the LØUCO community, we can share too. Please note we do not issue refunds on the basis of flavour.
Returns for Subscription Customers: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account up to 3 business days’ prior to your next order being shipped. After this, your order will be picked and automatically dispatched and you will not be able to cancel it. If, upon receipt of your subscription, you wish to return items for a refund, please review the returns instructions above.
Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. You will be refunded for the cost of the items you are returning, excluding delivery cost and, if you use our prepaid returns label, the return delivery cost. If you decide to part-return a subscription purchase, you will be charged the standard retail price for the units you choose to keep, rather than the discounted subscription price.
