This Immunity Green Pasta is a no-cook, flavour-filled sauce made with LØUCO Protein Powder, antioxidant-rich greens, and a creamy cottage cheese base for a delicious and functional dish that satisfies.

Ingredients
- 20g LØUCO Protein Powder (Nourish or Perform)
- 300g Cavolo Nero (or kale)
- 50g Spinach
- 160g Cottage Cheese
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 50g Fresh basil
- Zest & juice of 1 lemon
- Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch Chilli Flakes
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Method
- Blend it all: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Adjust to taste: Scrape down the sides and blend until smooth. Add more lemon juice for zing, olive oil for richness, or cottage cheese for creaminess.
- Serve it your way: Toss through warm pasta or courgetti, spread onto toast, or use as a dip or drizzle over roasted veggies.
- Store smart: Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
