Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 cups homemade oat flour (simply blend rolled oats)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 servings LØUCO Protein Powder (40g protein total)
Method
- Add the banana to a large mixing bowl and mash until smooth.
- Stir in the maple syrup and peanut butter until fully combined.
- Add the oat flour, cinnamon, desiccated coconut, and LØUCO Protein Powder.
- Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Roll into 14 evenly sized protein balls.
- Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy immediately or store chilled for the week ahead.
