These Walnut Dark Chocolate Protein Bars are rich, satisfying, and designed to keep you fuelled when life gets busy. Made with LØUCO Perform, crunchy walnuts, and a dark chocolate topping, they strike the perfect balance between indulgence and nourishment.

Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 2 servings (approx. 90g) LØUCO Perform Protein Powder
- 1 cup walnuts, crushed
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- Flaky sea salt, to finish
Method
- In a large bowl, combine oat flour, LØUCO Perform, crushed walnuts, maple syrup, almond butter, and almond milk. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Press the mixture evenly into a lined baking dish using the back of a spoon, spatula, or the base of a glass.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top and spread evenly.
- Finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
- Transfer to the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
- Slice into 14 bars and enjoy.
