Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 servings LØUCO Perform Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp caramel sauce
- Handful crushed pistachios
- Handful crushed white chocolate pieces
For topping:
- Melted white chocolate
- Extra crushed pistachios
Method
- Add oat flour, maple syrup, almond butter, LØUCO Perform, caramel sauce, pistachios, and white chocolate pieces to a mixing bowl.
- Stir until fully combined into a thick dough-like mixture.
- Roll into 12 evenly sized protein balls.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with extra crushed pistachios.
- Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes if desired before serving.
