Ingredients
- 1 Nespresso pod
- 3 plain rice cakes
- 4 heaped tbsp 0% Greek yoghurt (approx. 120g)
- ¼ cup oat milk
- 1 serving (44g) LØUCO Perform Protein Powder
- Cocoa powder, for dusting
Method
- Brew your Nespresso pod into a shallow bowl.
- Dip each rice cake into the coffee, coating both sides until softened slightly.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, oat milk, and LØUCO Perform until smooth and creamy.
- Layer the soaked rice cakes with spoonfuls of the yoghurt mixture.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a generous spoonful of the creamy topping.
- Dust with cocoa powder and enjoy immediately, or chill before serving.
