Creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with nourishing ingredients, it delivers the perfect balance of protein, fibre, and healthy fats to keep you feeling energised and satisfied.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 handful frozen blueberries
- 2 tsp Greek yoghurt
- 1 serving LØUCO Perform Protein Powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 handful ice
- 1 cup oat milk
Method
- Add banana, frozen blueberries, Greek yoghurt, LØUCO Perform, chia seeds, ice, and oat milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
