Ingredients

  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
  • 1 banana
  • 6 soft dates
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

 

Method

  1. Chop the banana and dates. Add to a frying pan with a little olive oil or butter.
  2. Cook for 5–10 minutes until soft, golden, and slightly caramelised. Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
  3. In a bowl, stir together Greek yoghurt and LØUCO Protein Powder until smooth.
  4. Top the yoghurt with the warm banana-date mixture and finish with a generous spoonful of almond butter.
  5. Enjoy immediately as a protein-packed, feel-good breakfast.
