Ingredients
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 1 banana
- 6 soft dates
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Method
- Chop the banana and dates. Add to a frying pan with a little olive oil or butter.
- Cook for 5–10 minutes until soft, golden, and slightly caramelised. Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
- In a bowl, stir together Greek yoghurt and LØUCO Protein Powder until smooth.
- Top the yoghurt with the warm banana-date mixture and finish with a generous spoonful of almond butter.
