Ingredients
- 240g shredded coconut
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flour (we use Groovy Food Company)
- 80g coconut oil
- 80g coconut milk
- 2 tbsp organic honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- 180g melted dark chocolate
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, LØUCO Protein Powder, coconut flour, coconut oil, coconut milk, and honey (if using).
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for 1 hour to set.
- Dip each bite into melted dark chocolate and return to the tray.
- Freeze again for 10 minutes until chocolate is firm.
- Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy anytime you need a sweet, protein-packed treat!
