Looking for a cooling sweet snack that’s as satisfying as it is smart? These Pistachio & Strawberry Greek Yoghurt Clusters are a favourite. Creamy, crunchy, and packed with around 12g of protein per cluster, they’re the perfect post-workout treat or midday boost in the sun.

Ingredients 

  • 240g Greek yoghurt
  • 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
  • 240g strawberries (chopped)
  • 150g melted white chocolate
  • 200g crushed pistachios
  • Extra Greek yoghurt (optional, for dipping or decorating)

 

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt and LØUCO Protein Powder until smooth.
  2. Fold in the chopped strawberries and crushed pistachios.
  3. Add melted white chocolate to the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Spoon into bite-sized clusters onto a tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Transfer to the freezer for 20 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Enjoy straight from the freezer for a cool, protein-packed snack.
