Ingredients
- 240g Greek yoghurt
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 240g strawberries (chopped)
- 150g melted white chocolate
- 200g crushed pistachios
- Extra Greek yoghurt (optional, for dipping or decorating)
Method
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yoghurt and LØUCO Protein Powder until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and crushed pistachios.
- Add melted white chocolate to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Spoon into bite-sized clusters onto a tray lined with baking paper.
- Transfer to the freezer for 20 minutes, or until firm.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer for a cool, protein-packed snack.
