Ingredients
- 1 handful of mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1 handful of spinach
- ½ banana
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder (Perform or Nourish)
- 200ml coconut milk
To serve for decoration:
- Coconut Greek yoghurt
- Crushed raspberries
Method
- Add mango, spinach, banana, coconut yoghurt, LØUCO Protein Powder, and coconut milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Line your glasses with crushed raspberries and Coconut Greek Yoghurt for decoration.
