Sweet cravings? Solved. These Chocolate Protein Quinoa Bars are the ultimate clean snack: crunchy, rich, satisfying, and made with just four simple ingredients.
Packed with toasted quinoa, dark chocolate, almond butter, and LØUCO Protein Powder, they’re ideal for pre- or post-workout fuel, afternoon energy, or guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 150g washed quinoa
- 250g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Method
- Toast your washed quinoa in a dry frying pan over medium heat until golden and fragrant.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the toasted quinoa, melted dark chocolate, almond butter, and LØUCO Protein Powder. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a tin lined with greaseproof paper and press down evenly.
- Let it cool in the fridge until firm.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
