Sweet cravings? Solved. These Chocolate Protein Quinoa Bars are the ultimate clean snack: crunchy, rich, satisfying, and made with just four simple ingredients.

Packed with toasted quinoa, dark chocolate, almond butter, and LØUCO Protein Powder, they’re ideal for pre- or post-workout fuel, afternoon energy, or guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

  • 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
  • 150g washed quinoa
  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

 

Method

  1. Toast your washed quinoa in a dry frying pan over medium heat until golden and fragrant.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the toasted quinoa, melted dark chocolate, almond butter, and LØUCO Protein Powder. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a tin lined with greaseproof paper and press down evenly.
  4. Let it cool in the fridge until firm.
  5. Slice into bars and enjoy!

 

LØUCO Tip

Sprinkle sea salt on top before chilling for a sweet-salty finish, or add a handful of chopped nuts or dried fruit for extra texture.
