Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- Small handful of fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
- 1 scoop (20g) LØUCO Perform Protein Powder
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Drizzle of olive oil
Method
- Add avocado, lime juice, red onion, chopped coriander, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl.
- Add 1 scoop of LØUCO Perform Protein Powder.
- Mash everything together with a fork until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning to taste.
- Drizzle with olive oil and serve with your favourite crackers or veggies for dipping.
