Perfect for Sunday meal prep, post-gym bites, or an afternoon pick-me-up; these cookies are as functional as they are delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp LØUCO Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Oat Flour
  • 3 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 50g Dark Chocolate

 

Method

  1. In a bowl, mash the banana and mix in the almond butter until smooth.
  2. Add Oat flour, LØUCO Protein Powder. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Shape into small cookie rounds and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  4. Top with dark chocolate chunks. 
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for around 15 minutes until golden.
  6. Let cool slightly and enjoy!

 

LØUCO Tip

Make a double batch and freeze half. You can also swap dark chocolate chips  for cacao nibs for or chopped nuts if you prefer.
