Ingredients

  • 100g almonds
  • 50g LØUCO Protein Powder (Nourish or Perform)
  • 200g Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon + nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée

 

Method

  1. Add almonds to a blender and pulse until they resemble couscous.
  2. Add LØUCO Protein Powder and pitted dates, then blend until starting to bind.
  3. Add spices, almond butter, and pumpkin purée. Blend again until the mixture forms a thick, dough-like consistency.
  4. Roll into small balls and place on a lined tray.
  5. Transfer to the freezer for 40 minutes to set.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
