Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 6 ice cubes
- ⅓ cup oat milk
- ⅓ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop LØUCO Nourish Protein Powder
- Splash of agave or honey (or peanut butter for richness)
Toppings (optional):
- Granola
- Chia seeds
- Shaved coconut
Method
- Add banana, ice, oat milk, Greek yoghurt, LØUCO protein powder, and natural sweetness of choice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick. The goal is a creamy, spoonable texture.
- Pour into a bowl and top with granola, chia seeds, coconut, or your favourite toppings.
