Ingredients
- ½ cup oats
- ⅔ cup water
- 1 scoop LØUCO Nourish Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- A drizzle of honey (optional, to sweeten)
- Peanut butter, to top (optional)
Method
- Add oats, water, LØUCO protein powder, cocoa powder, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mug or bowl.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until set.
- Top with peanut butter, dark chocolate shavings, or your favourite healthy topping.
