Tired of reaching for snacks that leave you sluggish? Let’s change that. These Oat Protein Cookies are made with just five wholesome ingredients, including LØUCO Protein Powder, to help you snack smart and stay energised.
Perfect for Sunday meal prep, post-gym bites, or an afternoon pick-me-up; these cookies are as functional as they are delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp LØUCO Protein Powder
- 100g oats
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 50g cacao nibs
Method
- In a bowl, mash the banana and mix in the almond butter until smooth.
- Add oats, LØUCO Protein Powder, and cacao nibs. Mix until fully combined.
- Shape into small cookie rounds and place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for around 15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy!
LØUCO Tip
Make a double batch and freeze half. You can also swap cacao nibs for dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts if you prefer.
