This recipe uses just five wholesome ingredients, requires zero baking, and is perfect for meal prepping ahead of a busy week. Whether you need a quick breakfast, post-workout fuel, or a midday energy boost, these bars have you covered.

Ingredients

  • 240g almond butter
  • 60g organic honey
  • 60g LØUCO Protein Powder
  • 180g almond flour
  • Dark chocolate (for topping)
  • Rock salt (for garnish)

 

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey, protein powder, and almond flour. Fold gently until well mixed.
  2. Line a baking tray with non-stick paper and press the mixture in evenly using a spatula.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the top of the base layer.
  4. Sprinkle with rock salt.
  5. Chill in the fridge until firm, then cut into squares. Store in an airtight container for the week.

Add chopped nuts or seeds for extra crunch and fibre, or a dash of vanilla for a little sweetness upgrade.
