LØUCO Tip
Make a double batch and freeze half – simply transfer a few to the fridge the night before you need them.
Why It Works
- Freeze-dried raspberries – bring concentrated raspberry flavour and retain fibre and naturally occurring plant compounds.
- Peanut butter + almonds – provide healthy unsaturated fats alongside additional protein.
- Rolled oats – add fibre and carbohydrates for a more satisfying snack.
- LØUCO Protein – boosts the protein content without relying on a conventional packaged protein bar.
