Ingredients
- 200g seed mix (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, etc.)
- 100g flax seeds
- 20g LØUCO Protein Powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2–3 tbsp honey
- 150g dark chocolate
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a tray with parchment paper or use silicone moulds.
- In a bowl, combine the seed mix, flax seeds, LØUCO Protein Powder, and salt.
- Stir in the honey until the mixture starts to stick together. If it’s too dry, add more honey or a splash of warm water.
- Spoon into moulds or shape into small bite-sized balls and place on the tray.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and lightly caramelised. Let cool for 20 minutes.
- Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle or dip each bite.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
