With flax, mixed seeds, and a boost from LØUCO, they’re your ideal pre-workout bite, afternoon lift, or post-dinner treat. Easy to make, easy to love.

Ingredients

  • 200g seed mix (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, etc.)
  • 100g flax seeds
  • 20g LØUCO Protein Powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2–3 tbsp honey
  • 150g dark chocolate

 

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a tray with parchment paper or use silicone moulds.
  2. In a bowl, combine the seed mix, flax seeds, LØUCO Protein Powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the honey until the mixture starts to stick together. If it’s too dry, add more honey or a splash of warm water.
  4. Spoon into moulds or shape into small bite-sized balls and place on the tray.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and lightly caramelised. Let cool for 20 minutes.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle or dip each bite.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

 

LØUCO Tip

Sprinkle flaky sea salt or extra seeds over the melted chocolate for added crunch and minerals.
