These Tiramisu Overnight Oats deliver the rich, chocolate-coffee flavour you love in a balanced, fuel-forward format. Made with LØUCO Protein Powder, oats, espresso, and a creamy Greek yoghurt layer, they’re the perfect no-fuss, high-protein breakfast to keep your energy steady all morning.

Ingredients

  • 150g oats
  • 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder (plus extra to sprinkle)
  • 50g chia seeds
  • 5 tbsp espresso
  • 300ml coconut milk
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp organic honey (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla paste

 

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix oats, cacao powder, LØUCO Protein Powder, and chia seeds.
  2. Stir in espresso, coconut milk, and honey (if using) until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 5 jars or pots and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
  4. Separately, combine Greek yoghurt with vanilla paste (and honey if preferred).
  5. Once the oats have set, top each pot with the yoghurt mixture.
  6. Dust with cacao powder before serving and enjoy your dessert-for-breakfast moment.
