These Tiramisu Overnight Oats deliver the rich, chocolate-coffee flavour you love in a balanced, fuel-forward format. Made with LØUCO Protein Powder, oats, espresso, and a creamy Greek yoghurt layer, they’re the perfect no-fuss, high-protein breakfast to keep your energy steady all morning.

Ingredients
- 150g oats
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp cacao powder (plus extra to sprinkle)
- 50g chia seeds
- 5 tbsp espresso
- 300ml coconut milk
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp organic honey (optional for sweetness)
- 1 tsp organic vanilla paste
Method
- In a bowl, mix oats, cacao powder, LØUCO Protein Powder, and chia seeds.
- Stir in espresso, coconut milk, and honey (if using) until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 5 jars or pots and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
- Separately, combine Greek yoghurt with vanilla paste (and honey if preferred).
- Once the oats have set, top each pot with the yoghurt mixture.
- Dust with cacao powder before serving and enjoy your dessert-for-breakfast moment.
