Prep ahead and keep them in the fridge for up to a week, ready whenever you need a boost.
Ingredients
- 100g almonds
- 50g LØUCO Protein Powder (Nourish or Perform)
- 200g Medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Rind of 1/2 orange
- Juice of 1/2 orange
Method
- Add almonds to a blender and pulse until the texture resembles couscous.
- Add LØUCO Protein Powder and Medjool dates. Blend until it starts to bind.
- Add cacao powder, coconut oil, almond butter, orange rind, and juice. Blend again until you form a thick, dough-like mixture.
- Roll into small bite-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
- Transfer to the freezer for 40 minutes to set.
- Store in the fridge for up to one week!
LØUCO Tip
Roll in desiccated coconut, cacao powder, or crushed pistachios for added texture. These also freeze beautifully if you want to make a bigger batch.
