Ingredients
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 1 can washed chickpeas
- 50g dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Ice or water (to blend)
- Pinch of salt
- Cacao nibs (for topping)
- Olive oil (for serving)
Method
- Add chickpeas, melted dark chocolate, tahini, cacao powder, LØUCO Protein Powder, a pinch of salt, and a splash of ice water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting texture with more water if needed.
- Serve topped with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
