A high-protein snack that’s fruity, refreshing, and fit for your freezer!
Looking for a tasty, protein-packed treat? This Protein Yogurt Berry Bark is your new freezer-friendly obsession. With 60g of protein in the full tray, thanks to cottage cheese and LØUCO Protein Powder, it’s the ideal snack to keep you fuelled and satisfied, without the sugar crash.
Perfect for warm days, post-workouts, or anytime you need something sweet that works with your health goals.
Ingredients
- 300g cottage cheese
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 300g coconut yoghurt
- Handful of blueberries and/or raspberries
- Handful of sunflower seeds or chopped pistachios
- Sprinkle of desiccated coconut
Method
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, LØUCO Protein Powder, and coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture onto a tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Layer coconut yoghurt on top of the base mixture.
- Add your toppings: scatter over fresh berries, seeds, pistachios, and desiccated coconut.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until fully set.
- Break into bark-style pieces and store in the freezer for a refreshing, protein-rich snack.
LØUCO Tip
Switch up the toppings with cacao nibs, chia seeds, or dried mango. Want it sweeter? Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup before freezing.
