Looking for a way to boost your vitamin C and protein intake? These Protein Papaya Smoothie Bowls are packed with immune-supporting fruits like mango, pineapple, and papaya, plus LØUCO Protein Powder for added nourishment and sustained energy.

Ingredients

  • 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
  • 1 ripe papaya
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • Coconut Greek yoghurt
  • Frozen mango (handful)
  • Frozen pineapple (handful)
  • Toppings: sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, or your favourites

 

Method

  1. In a blender, combine coconut Greek yoghurt with frozen mango and pineapple.
  2. Add LØUCO Protein Powder and spirulina. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Cut your papaya in half and scoop out the seeds.
  4. Fill each half with the smoothie mixture.
  5. Top with sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, or any toppings you love and enjoy!
