Ingredients
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 1 ripe papaya
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- Coconut Greek yoghurt
- Frozen mango (handful)
- Frozen pineapple (handful)
- Toppings: sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, or your favourites
Method
- In a blender, combine coconut Greek yoghurt with frozen mango and pineapple.
- Add LØUCO Protein Powder and spirulina. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Cut your papaya in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Fill each half with the smoothie mixture.
- Top with sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, or any toppings you love and enjoy!
