Ingredients

  • 40g LØUCO Protein Powder (Perform or Nourish)
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • Frozen pineapple (small handful)
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • ½ avocado

To serve:

  • Coconut Greek yoghurt (for decoration)

 

Method

  • Add frozen pineapple, spinach, banana, avocado, Greek yoghurt, LØUCO Protein Powder, spirulina, and almond milk to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Line your glasses with a swirl of coconut Greek yoghurt for extra texture and presentation.
  • Serve immediately, and your gut will thank you later!
