Ingredients

  • 40g LØUCO Protein Powder (Nourish or Perform)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Zest & juice of 1 lemon
  • 50g pine nuts
  • 50g cashew nuts
  • 50g grated Parmesan
  • 150ml olive oil

 

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust. Add more lemon for brightness, oil for richness, or cheese for extra flavour.
  • Spoon into a jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
