Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas (peeled, sliced & frozen for at least 4 hours)
- ¼ cup plain kefir
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- ¼ cup LØUCO Nourish Protein Powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (optional topping)
Method
- Once your bananas are fully frozen, add them to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Add kefir, almond milk, almond butter, LØUCO Nourish, and spices.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Scoop into a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds or any toppings you love.
