Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- ¼ cup LØUCO Protein Powder (Nourish or Perform)
- ¼ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ¾ cup chocolate chips
- ½ tsp coconut oil
Method
- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, almond flour, LØUCO protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into 8 egg-shaped portions and place onto a lined tray.
- Transfer to the freezer for 90 minutes to firm up.
- About 5 minutes before removing the eggs, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip each egg into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Optional: sprinkle with crushed nuts for extra texture.
- Place in the fridge until the chocolate has set, then enjoy.
