Ingredients
- 2 scoops LØUCO Perform Protein Powder
- 1 egg
- 50g Greek yoghurt
- 35g plain flour
- 70ml milk of choice
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Handful of berries
- Drizzle of honey
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg, Greek yoghurt, and milk until smooth.
- Add LØUCO Perform, flour, and baking powder. Mix into a smooth, slightly thick batter.
- Lightly grease a small oven-safe dish and pour in the batter.
- Scatter berries on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and set in the centre.

Allow to cool for 2–3 minutes, then top with extra yoghurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey.
