This High-Protein Salad Dressing is a game-changer: creamy, flavourful, and packed with around 20g of protein per batch thanks to LØUCO Nourish.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp LØUCO Nourish Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp tahini or almond butter
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2–4 tbsp water (to thin to desired consistency)
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
Method
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
- Adjust with more water depending on how thick or pourable you want it.
- Taste and tweak, add more lime for zing, maple for sweetness, or chilli flakes for heat.
- Drizzle, dip, or toss with your favourite salad or nourish bowl!
