These pancakes are a LØUCO founder favourite – soft, satisfying, and packed with protein, fibre, and omega-rich chia seeds. Whether you’re fuelling a busy morning, looking for a balanced post-workout meal, or just want something delicious that loves your hormones back, this is your new go-to.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 eggs
- 1 serving LØUCO Protein Powder (Nourish or Perform)
- Optional: dash of milk (if needed to loosen consistency)
Method
- Mash bananas in a mixing bowl.
- Add oats, chia seeds, and LØUCO protein powder. Mix into a paste.
- Crack in the eggs and whisk until smooth and combined.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and grease with coconut oil (or seed oil if you prefer).
- Spoon ~1 tbsp of mixture per pancake into the pan.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden and set.
- Serve warm with Greek yoghurt, fresh berries, and a drizzle of Manuka honey or maple syrup.
LØUCO Tip
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking – this gives all the ingredients time to gel, making the pancakes fluffier and easier to flip.
