Ingredients
- 125ml coconut milk
- 40g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp coconut Greek yoghurt
- 1 ripe banana
- Handful of soft dates (pitted)
- 125g chia seeds
Optional toppings:
- Almond butter
- Sliced banana
- Extra dates
- Walnuts
Method
- In a blender, combine the LØUCO Protein Powder, cacao powder, banana, dates, Greek yoghurt, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Mix well to avoid clumps.
- Divide into jars or containers and refrigerate overnight to thicken.
- In the morning, top with almond butter, sliced banana, extra dates, and walnuts. Enjoy!
