Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates (pitted)
- 85g crunchy peanut butter
- 20g LØUCO Protein Powder
- 150g melted dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Crushed roasted peanuts (for topping)
- Pinch of flaky salt
Method
- Slice each Medjool date in half lengthwise, remove the pits, and flatten each half into a rectangle. Arrange on a sheet of greaseproof paper.
- In a bowl, gently melt the peanut butter with coconut oil. Once smooth, mix in LØUCO Protein Powder.
- Spoon the peanut butter mixture over the flattened dates.
- Pour melted dark chocolate over the top, smoothing with the back of a spoon.
- Finish with a sprinkle of crushed peanuts and flaky salt.
- Transfer to the fridge to set. Once firm, cut into bars or squares and enjoy!
